Which casino affiliate program do you suggest?

I prefer 888 affilite program - they pay up to 150$ for sign up. and they are sponsors of FC Sevilla:)
You are right 888.com has good affiliate grogram - they pay 80$ for 1-10 members per month 100$ for 11-30 and 150$ for 31+. I think that CPA is better then share, but I’m not affiliate gooru, so you have to choose affilaite program.
For starting affiliates CPA is better then share revenue.
The most important are unique tools, you use for generate targeted traffic. If you have one, you can generate 50k$ a month:)
